What We Do

Weather Barriers

Weather barriers are a part of exterior wall systems that protect building materials from exterior water penetration. They perform like a shell for buildings. Liquid water that has penetrated the exterior finish does not pass through, yet water vapor can escape.

Water Repellents

Water Repellents is a clear sealer that penetrate porous substrates protecting against damage from moisture intrusion and chloride ion penetrations. They are breathable to allow interior moisture to escape without hindering performance.

Below Grade Waterproofing

Below grade waterproofing is the construction practice of applying sheet membranes or fluid applied coatings to the foundation walls of the structure below slab on grade elevation, as part of the building envelope.

Dampproofing

Dampproofing is a type of moisture control product applied to building walls and tops of footers to prevent moisture from passing into the interior spaces. Its goal is to minimize moisture infiltration by blocking the capillaries of concrete, which shows water penetration.

Crystalline Waterproofing

This process precipitates a chemical reaction between the crystalline waterproofing product, moisture, and the by-products of cement hydration, forming a new non-soluble crystalline structure.

Fire Rated Sealants

Flames and smoke can spread through the smallest of gaps causing extreme damage to buildings and even human lives. Applying fire rated sealants to linear joints, around pipes and between cables to close all the gaps and add fire resistance.

Structural Sealants

Joint sealants are used to seal joints and openings (gaps) between two or more substrates and are a critical component for building design and construction. The main purpose of sealants is to prevent air, water, and other environmental elements from entering or exiting a structure while permitting limited movement of the substrates.

Expansion Joint Cover Systems

Expansion joint covers provide a covered transition across the expansion joint opening, remaining unaffected by the relative movement of the two surfaces either side of the joint. They can come with fire rated assemblies when required as well.

Expansion Control Joints

Pre-molded expansion joints are silicone-coated, pre-compressed primary seal for high-movement wall joints. These products ensure watertightness in vertical-plane structural, seismic, and abutment joints in almost any substrate.

Deck Coatings

Deck coatings is designed to waterproof concrete and plywood surfaces by excluding moisture penetration during low temperature exposure as well as high temperature, high humidity thermal cycling while being aesthetically pleasing and have anti-skid properties.
